Features
- Features V3 Range Edition UltraCush liners with The North Face FlashDry™
- FlashDry fabric technology is engineered to act like a second skin, pushing moisture to the surface and eliminating it as fast as possible
- Range Edition liners include the extended and lower-reaching PleasureCuff™ for a cushioned, comfortable fit that keeps your calves supported
- Tri-density V3 POPCUSH™ footbeds have an OrthoLite® open-cell foam top layer, 3D-molded anatomic shape, anti-fatigue coring and moisture-wicking Nylex topsheet
- TPU arch support heel clips on the footbeds provide stability while allowing torsional flex; footbeds also include airflow perforations
- V3 Waffle SuperEnduro outsoles with All-Trac cold-weather rubber compound and a multidirectional, dynamic lug tread pattern offer max performance in and out of your bindings
- Surface-level waffle ripple on the soles adds traction; soles also have an UltraCush Lite midsole construction with midfoot support shank and expanded impact absorption zone
- Vans Hybrid Plus BOA® Fit System expands the range of flex control from the original Hybrid BOA configuration by adding an extra Boa lace
- The extra lace passes around the back of the boot and across the instep to optimize the lines of pull and maximize the flex control capabilities
- Custom Slide Guide enables adjustable flex control and powerful heel hold through the instep—simply slide it to where you need it and get dialed in
- Adaptive Range Mode features a Range Limiter and Rear Drop-Cuff that can be unlocked to widen the top opening of the boot for a significantly expanded range of motion
- Disengaging the Ride Mode strap opens the Rear Drop-Cuff and 2-way stretch gore, providing significantly more calf articulation and allowing for longer strides
- Waterproof zipper shroud protects the lower part of the boot from snow, ice and moisture, ensuring easy access to the BOA closure no matter what the weather throws at you
- Also features a metal D-ring for securely fastening your pant gaiters to lock out snow
- ExoCap molded plastic toe cap provides maximum protection and extra space in the toe box to keep your toes wiggling and warm
- Removable, high-rebound Hytrel® tongue stiffeners let you custom-tune the boot flex—keep both in for maximum support, or use just one for increased lateral or medial response
- Take both stiffeners out for a softer-flexing boot; as your boots soften up over time, add the tongue stiffeners back in to extend the life of your boots
- Waterproof/breathable valves allow 1-way moisture management by moving moisture away from your feet, ensuring breathability and thermal regulation for dry, comfortable feet
- PowerCuff Strap provides extra support at the top of the boot for increased stability and response
- BOA-specific Instep Flex Zone functions to maintain natural ankle flexion in your boot, whether in or out of your bindings
- Boots feature asymmetrical flex zones
- Flex rating: 6-9 (on a scale of 1–10, with 1 offering the most flex, 10 being the most supportive)
